CARPET CLEANING

On most carpets, we use a process called Hot Water Extraction. This method is generally considered the best process for domestic and commercial carpets. However, where necessary we can offer a dry clean.

Step 1: Carpet Survey. We need to be sure what carpet you have, so we will check the back and the top pile to ensure we offer you the correct and best clean possible.

Step 2: Dry Vacuum. Prior to any cleaning, it is very important to remove loose dirt and grit to get the best clean. We can move sofas, chairs and any smaller items of furniture, but please note we do not move any electrical items. You can of course move these prior to our arrival.

Step 3: Pre-spray and Spot Treatment. During our survey we would have noted any areas of concern and will treat as appropriate. We have many spot cleaners including ink, red wine, tea/coffee and rust. After spraying we will allow some dwell time to help loosen the dirt for better extraction.

Step 4: Cleaning. We then clean your carpet using hot water extraction. Our high power vacuum will remove dirt and up to 90% of water, leaving your carpets clean and touch dry in 2-4 hours.

Step 5: Stain Guard (optional). Now your carpet is clean, we can offer you a stain guard to protect your carpet against future spills and easier spot removal going forward.

Step 6: Drying (optional). Where necessary, we can speed up the carpet drying process using our fast drying air movers.
